B&W pages cost ₦30 each. Colour pages cost ₦50 each. The minimum you pay per printer is ₦150,000/mo — this covers the Sharp MFP, toner, servicing and all repairs. If your page total exceeds ₦150,000 you simply pay that instead. So: 5,000 B&W pages = ₦150,000 (hits the floor exactly). 6,000 B&W = ₦180,000 (page rate takes over). 1,000 B&W = ₦30,000 in pages → you still pay ₦150,000 minimum.
No. Delivery, installation, network setup and staff training are all included. Your first payment is the base fee on your first monthly invoice. Nothing before that.
It's our problem to fix — parts, labour and replacement consumables are all covered. We target same-day or next-day on-site response across Lagos.

Yes. Each additional printer has its own ₦150,000 minimum and its own page usage. The more pages you print across all your units, the lower your blended per-page rate becomes. The calculator's "number of printers" control shows you the full cost as you scale.
